Toure admits it are going to be difficult to usurp Antonio Conte’s men at the very top but feels City are capable of pushing them all the best way, if they can preserve their current form.
“It was a very good performance [against Swansea], ” he said. “We needed to win and it also was very important to obtain the three points to be close for the rest of the season and we did the position.
“We are 10 things behind Chelsea. I think it’s tough. The Premier League can be quite, very tough and all we've got to do is just focus on ourselves and keep going.
“If we continue to win I'm sure it’ll be a quite, very exciting end towards season.
“Now, with the quality of players we have, we just have to do well.
“That’s the most important thing, to keep winning since the Premier League is and so demanding, so tough. ”
